Steve Nicol believes Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain needs to go somewhere to play week in and week out, and that place won't be Liverpool. Liverpool have agreed a fee with Arsenal worth up to £40 million for the transfer of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, a source has told N FC. Arsenal have granted permission for Oxlade-Chamberlain to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical with the Reds. Chelsea had agreed a fee with Arsenal for the England international earlier in the week, but sources said that the player rejected the chance to move to Stamford Bridge.
