Chelsea boss Antonio Conte believes David Luiz was fouled by Alexis Sanchez just before the challenge that saw the defender sent off in the 0-0 draw with Arsenal. David Luiz received his first Premier League red card for a high challenge on Sead Kolasinac with only three minutes left in Sunday's Premier League contest.
