Arsenal news: Inter Milan chief confirms transfer interest in Mesut Ozil
Ozil has entered the final 12 months of his contract and can from January sign a pre-contract agreement with another club. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has spoken of his optimism that Ozil and other players coming to the end of their contract will commit their futures to the Emirates. But Ozil has remained reluctant to renew his deal and is now a subject of interest from foreign clubs. Inter have made an impressive start to their season and are two points behind joint leaders Napoli and Juventus.
