Liverpool 'to hijack' Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang China move
Liverpool are reportedly gearing up to hijack Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's proposed move to the Chinese Super League. The 28-year-old has 13 goals in 15 league appearances for the Bundesliga outfit so far this season but is believed to be up for sale after a series of fallings-out with manager Peter Stoger and his predecessor Peter Bosz. On Tuesday a report suggested that the Gabon international was in "advanced" talks with Guangzhou Evergrande over a £63.5m switch, but according to Le Sport 10 today, Liverpool are preparing to enter the fray with their own big-money bid.
