Arsenal transfer news: Barcelona complete signing of starlet Marcus McGuane
Barcelona have completed the signing of Arsenal youngster Marcus McGuane on a five-year-deal. The 18-year-old has made two appearances for the Gunners’ senior side this season in the Europa League. However, the Catalan club have swopped in to take him from north London on a three-year deal, with the option for an extra two years. Barca have transferred the midfielder into their B side straight away where he will compete in the Segunda division. McGuane has a 25 million release clause in his contract, should any clubs wish to prise him from the Camp Nou.
