Arsenal injury fear: Mesut Ozil withdraws from Germany squad
The Arsenal playmaker played the full 90 minutes last night as Germany drew 1-1 with Spain in an entertaining friendly in Dusseldorf. But after the game, Germany revealed on their official Twitter account that Ozil and Bayern Munich’s Thomas Muller were not in the squad for the clash against Brazil next week. It is not known whether Ozil picked up an injury but the 29-year-old will now return to his club. After the international break, Arsenal face relegation-threatened Stoke then CSKA Moscow in the Europa League quarter-final first leg. GETTY
