Jack Wilshere could end up staying at Arsenal
Wilshere and his camp have been poles apart in negotiations so far with Arsenal which has led to a stand-off. The England midfielder has been offered a £90,000-a-week deal which represents a £20,000-a-week pay cut and the contract proposal is more performance incentivised. Everton and newly promoted Wolves are both in the running for the 26-year-old who will be a free agent at the end of the season. Though he has had a catalogue of injury problems, Wilshere remains a fans’ favourite. But according to the Daily Mirror, the Gunners have blinked first and made a fresh proposal in excess of £100,000 a week. Related...
