Chelsea can finally wrap up the Premier League title this weekend should they overcome Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge, but if they are to do so they will have to improve on a shaky past record when coming up against Alan Pardew sides. Should the Blues slip up on Sunday afternoon then Arsenal and Manchester City, who play Hull City and Tottenham Hotspur respectively, will be waiting to pounce in order to cut the 13-point deficit at the top.
