David Ornstein: Arsenal Agree Four-Year Deal With 23-Year-Old
The BBC's David Ornstein has claimed that Arsenal's 23-year-old centre-back Calum Chambers has signed a new contract. Calum Chambers has put an end to any speculation linking him with an exit from Arsenal after reportedly signing a new contract. Not many Arsenal fans would have expected to see this news in a transfer window in which many had expected to see Chambers leave the club. The 23-year-old came close to joining Crystal Palace last summer and after failing to really hold down a starting spot last season, many expected it to be his last at the club.
