Reports: Arsenal Identify Danny Welbeck Replacement
Arsenal have reportedly identified a replacement for Danny Welbeck after the Englishman sustained a potentially serious injury (via Sport Witness). It was a major blow for Arsenal to lose Danny Welbeck to what looks like a serious injury. The Englishman lasted just thirty minutes of the 0-0 draw with Sporting CP on Thursday evening, leaving the field on a stretcher. It leaves Arsenal a little short up front with just Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah as the only first-team striking options.
