Watch all five goals from our win over Liverpool
We returned to the top of the Women’s Super League on Sunday by defeating Liverpool 5-1 at Prenton Park. Kim Little and Beth Mead handed us a two-goal lead before the break, with the latter extending our advantage in the 65th minute, chipping home from a tight angle. Two minutes later Dominique Bloodworth found the back of the net with a fine diving header - but the best of the bunch was saved until last, when Vivianne Miedema fooled three defenders and the keeper with a fake shot, before finishing from the edge of the area.
