Agent Kia Joorabchian has revealed that Chelsea winger Willian has received two offers from clubs in the Premier League. Despite suggestions that the Brazilian and Blues officials had made a breakthrough in negotiations over a new deal, Joorabchian has hinted that no further progress has been made. Instead, the playmaker's representative has suggested that the 31-year-old, who has previously been linked with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, could move to another team in England's top flight.
