Ainsley Maitland-Niles needs first-team experience. Arsenal youngster Ainsley Maitland-Niles is poised to join Ipswich Town on loan, sources have told N FC. Maitland-Niles, 17, is highly-rated at Arsenal after breaking into the first-team last season. The midfielder made his first-team debut as a substitute in the Champions League win against Galatasaray in Turkey last December to become the club's second youngest ever player in the Champions League behind Jack Wilshere.
