Wenger Wanted Lukas Podolski To Stay – Agent
It has been reported that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has failed to convince Lukas Podolski to stay. Podolski is set to join Galatasaray despite Wenger's efforts to dissuade him from leaving. 'We had very good talks with Wenger,' agent Nassim Touihri told Bild. 'He wanted to keep Lukas, but couldn't give him a guarantee that he will be starter. 'That's why we agreed on a transfer.'
