Confirmed: Arsenal defender joins Premier League side on loan
Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson has joined West Ham United on loan for another season after agreeing a new long-term contract, the club has confirmed (via Arsenal.com). Jenkinson impressed under Sam Allardyce last term at Upton Park, cementing himself as West Ham's first choice right-back while putting in some adventurous performances. His new contract is also a massive vote of confidence from Arsene Wenger, who clearly believes that the 23-year-old still has what it takes to succeed as an Arsenal player in the future.
