Arsenal legend backs title challenge from ‘strongest squad' he's seen
Arsenal legend Frank McLintock has backed us to challenge for the Premier League title next season after stating that the current squad is one of the strongest he's ever seen, he told talkSPORT. Arsene Wenger effectively named two different starting XI's over the course of the Emirates Cup weekend, with Mesut Ozil the only player starting on both occasions, which is further evidence of the depth of our squad. With the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Danny Welbeck, and David Ospina yet to be called upon this pre-season, our squad is definitely in a healthy condition.
