Arsenal prepared to table £29.5m offer to sign 25-goal striker
Arsenal are ready to make an initial move to sign Jackson Martinez from Porto with a potential £29.5m offer, according to reports from the Metro. The 28-year-old is a top striking target for Arsene Wenger, who earlier praised his ability in front of goal and is very keen on acquiring his services. Not usually known for his spending big on transfers apart from the additions of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, Wenger could yet add another high-profile signing if he can complete a move for one of Europe's most lethal strikers.
