Ray Parlour: Arsenal's signing of Petr Cech 'superb'
Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour has hailed Arsenal's "superb" signing of goalkeeper Petr Cech. Parlour is of the opinion that the 33-year-old Czech international can become as important to the London club as former keepers David Seaman and Jens Lehmann. "I played in Arsenal teams with great goalkeepers, with David Seaman and then Jens Lehmann, who was brilliant when he came in. I think Petr Cech will be similarly superb - what a signing," Parlour told The Telegraph. "In goalkeeping terms he is still a young man, at 33.
