Arsenal Striker Olivier Giroud Booed By France Fans
It has been reported that Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud was booed by French fans due to an mediocre performance in the 2-1 friendly win over Serbia on Monday. The 28-year-old missed a number of chances in the first-half and was jeered and booed by fans as he went off during the second half when he was replaced by Karim Benzema. However national coach Didier Deschamps refused to be critical of Giroud following the game. 'He also helped during the game,' said the France boss.
