Arsenal and Liverpool alerted as summer target rejects contract extension
Arsenal and Liverpool have been alerted by remarks made by Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino in regards to transfer target Sam Byram’s future, according to reports from the Express. The 22-year-old is currently on the final year of his contract and is looking to now force an exit after attracting interest from a host of Premier League sides. Apart from the two mentioned clubs, Everton have also joined the race for the services of the versatile winger who is capable of playing anywhere along the right flank.
