Alex Iwobi signs new long-term Arsenal contract
Teenage forward Alex Iwobi has signed a new "long-term" contract with Arsenal. The 19-year-old is yet to make his first-team debut for the Gunners, but was involved with the seniors in pre-season. Happy To Announce That I Have Signed A New Contract With @Arsenal pic.twitter.com/o0pIgzlnAW

He is a regular for Arsenal's Under-21 outfit and has scored 11 goals in his last 14 appearances for the Gunners' second string. "I like to think I have earned [the new deal]," Iwobi told the club website. "I have gone through a lot with Arsenal so to have a new and improved contract is very good and I'm happy to have earned it....
