Arsene Wenger delighted by 'perfect week'
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has spoken of his delight at the club's "perfect week" following the 2-1 victory over Everton on Saturday evening. Goals from Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny lifted the Gunners to the top of the Premier League table just four days after the London side beat German champions Bayern Munich 2-0 at the Emirates in the Champions League. Although the Frenchman accepts that it is too early in the season to read too much into Arsenal's position, he admitted that it had been the ideal week for the club.
