FA sanctions Arsenal over agent regulation breach on Chambers deal
N FC's Shaka Hislop rubbishes Arsenal's chances of winning the Prmeier League and says Manchester City will win this year. Arsenal have been found guilty of breaching football agent regulations over the transfer of Calum Chambers from Southampton. The Football Association has fined Arsenal £60,000 and warned the club over their future conduct as a result of the transfer, which took place in July 2014.
