Arsenal star confirms intention to stay despite exit links
Joel Campbell has claimed that he never wanted to leave Arsenal over the summer despite suggestions from his manager that he was eyeing a move and has reiterated his commitment to the club. The Costa Rican was heavily linked with a permanent transfer away from the Emirates Stadium during the last window following a series of loan switches. Arsene Wenger recently shed some light on his attacker’s status during the summer by suggesting that he did in fact want to leave.
