Arsenal chasing in demand Bundesliga duo ahead of January transfer window
The transfer window is fast approaching, and we are steadily beginning to see more and more rumours swirling around. The latest news from SportBild (via Goal) suggests that we are chasing two Bundesliga players, with Bayer Leverkusen's Karim Bellarabi and Schalke's Benedikt Howedes on Arsene Wenger's radar. Both seem somewhat unlikely, so it's hard to see either player arriving at the Emirates this January. Bellarabi may be what we need, as we've seen in recent weeks that we're light in the wide areas. But Wenger prefers to deploy more centrally minded players on one flank, so would the German international have a place at Arsenal? The 25-year-old has also been linked with big money moves...
