Highly-rated Arsenal target Daniele Rugani is said to be ready to hand in a transfer request at Juventus in a bid to restart his career, according to Italian publication Calciomercato. The Gunners have been heavily linked with the young defender recently, having been frozen out of the Juventus side so far this term despite impressing on loan with fellow Serie A side Empoli last season.
