Steven Gerrard claims that Aaron Ramsey is the best attacking midfielder in the Premier League when played centrally. Gerrard was speaking after Arsenal’s 3-0 victory over Olympiakos, with Ramsey playing in a central role after long spells as a wide midfielder. It’s fair to say that Gerrard was impressed with the display, piling praise on Ramsey during his stint as a pundit for BT Sport.
