Arsenal Hero Backing Move For Watford Striker Deeney
It has been reported that Arsenal legend Paul Merson is convinced they will sign Watford striker Troy Deeney this month. Merson thinks the ex-Walsall man would be a good fit for Arsenal. “I can see the Troy Deeney one happening,' he told Sky Sports. “I think he is a good footballer and works very hard for the team, so that does not shock me that one. “He is a decent player, has got a very good football brain, never moans, and gets on with it.'
