Arsenal Icon Backing Benik Afobe Bournemouth Move
It has been reported that Paul Merson has backed Bournemouth's deal for Wolves striker Benik Afobe. Like Merson, Afobe came through the youth system at Arsenal. Merson told Sky Sports: 'He's done nothing wrong in the leagues he's played in so far. It is a jump but he's going to a team that do make chances. He's not going to be working on scraps even though they're down at the bottom half of the table. 'They do make chances and he's quick, he's strong. He can score a goal, and I think he'll be alright I really do.'
