Arsenal Target Morgan Schneiderlin To Become Highest-Paid Southampton Player
It has been reported that Southampton are ready to offer Morgan Schneiderlin a lucrative deal in order to keep him on the south coast. The French international midfielder, 25, is wanted by Arsenal and Tottenham but the Saints are set to make him their highest earner according to the Daily Mail. It is believed that Schneiderlin will be offered as much as £60,000-a-week to remain at St Mary’s Stadium but if he does not agree to the new terms, Southampton will whack on a £25m price tag. Former Strasbourg youngster Schneiderlin, who joined the Saints in 2008, has got two years left to run on his current deal. Tags: Arsenal, featured, Southampton
