Arsenal boss believes language barrier for defensive star an issue
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has revealed that Gabriel Paulista’s lack of English is an issue in regards to his team’s defence, Express reports. The 25-year-old completed a move from Villarreal during the previous January window, but found it difficult to hold down a regular role under Wenger since his arrival. However, with Per Mertesacker unable to perform consistently, the German has recently been dropped in place of the Brazilian centre-back.
