Wenger has Arsenal backing, but may leave – report
Arsene Wenger has the full backing of Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke, but is considering resigning as manager, according to reports. Both the Daily Mail and the Daily Telegraph report that Kroenke has offered Wenger his ‘unequivocal backing' amid a poor run of form for Arsenal, which has seen them fall 11 points behind in the Premier League title race, suffer an FA Cup knockout at the hands of Watford, and a seemingly imminent exit against Barcelona in the Champions League.
