'De Donk will take the league by storm'
Alex Scott says that Danielle van de Donk is going to “take the league by storm” in her debut season in England. The Netherlands midfielder made her Arsenal Ladies debut in the FA Women’s Cup victory at Reading, before helping the Gunners beat Reading on Wednesday in the Women’s Super League. Van de Donk is one of six players to have signed since last season, and Scott believes the 24-year-old can play an important role in Arsenal’s title challenge this time around.
