Wenger confident of new contracts for Özil & key Arsenal teammate
Arsene Wenger believes Mesut Özil and Alexis Sanchez are both happy at Arsenal, and believes the pair will sign new contracts this summer, as per talkSPORT. The acquisitions of Özil and Alexis have been absolutely massive for the club going forward, so losing them would be an unbelievable blow. Our failure to capitalise on excellent positions this season may well have got them considering their futures, but Wenger seems confident that both players will put pen to paper at the end of the season.
