Alex Iwobi agrees new Arsenal contract?
Arsenal have reportedly handed Alex Iwobi an improved contract. The young striker only agreed to fresh terms last October, which tied him to the Emirates Stadium until 2019. The report adds that the two-year extension will see the Nigeria international pocket around £30,000 a week. Nineteen-year-old Iwobi has scored two goals from his eight appearances in all competitions this term.
