Dutch striker linked with summer move
Both the Mirror and the Telegraph are reporting that Arsenal are keen on signing Netherlands international Vincent Janssen. The 21 year old has had an outstanding debut campaign in the Eredivisie, scoring 28 goals for AZ Alkmaar and the national team, with Arsenal scouts in attendance throughout the season. Perhaps Wenger is reminded of another Dutch youngster he signed who developed into a top class striker (before developing into a top class twatbasket). Arsenal are keen to upgrade their striking options this summer, and with established world class talent not easy to find and possibly out of reach anyway, developing somebody with that potential seems the next obvious way of doing it.
