Ramsey gutted for Welbeck, frustrated by season
Aaron Ramsey says he feels for Danny Welbeck, whose 9 month absence through injury was confirmed yesterday. The striker will miss the European Championships, and the Welshman, having experienced his own injury hell in the past, feels for his teammate. 'I've spoken to him and he's very disappointed, gutted,' he told Sky Sports. 'He was in good shape, good form, he had a great opportunity to show what he could do for England in the summer. 'I'm gutted for him as well, but I'm sure he'll come back from it stronger, and I hope he has a speedy recovery.'
