Arsenal keeping tabs on Serie A rock
Arsenal are keeping a careful eye on Roma defender Kostas Manolas, according to Gazetta World. The Gunners, and their London rivals Chelsea, are monitoring the Greek defender's situation at the Serie A side, with contract talks stalling. Roma are close to signing Brazilian defender Juan Jesus, initially on loan with an eye on a permanent deal after, perhaps in preparation for the unsettled Manolas to depart the club after two seasons with them. The 25-year-old has made 84 appearances for the Italian side since joining from Olympiakos in 2014, scoring twice last campaign as Roma finished 3rd.
