West Ham United 'make final offer for Carlos Bacca'
West Ham United have made a final offer for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca, according to reports. The Hammers were thought to be closing in on a £25m move for the Colombia international last week, but that switch has since broken down after AC Milan rejected the offer.
