 Riyad Mahrez has to be the biggest bargain in Premier League history. Costing Leicester City just £700k from Le Havre in 2014, the Algeria international went on to be the Premier League's player of the season, contributed 17 goals and 11 assists to the Foxes' sensational title winning campaign.
