Arsenal Midfielder Mesut Ozil Only Thinking Of Premier League Stay
Mesut Ozil has revealed that he has absolutely no intent on heading back to Germany anytime soon. The Arsenal playmaker, 26, has been linked with a potential return to the Bundesliga where he played with Schalke and Werder Bremen but is in no rush to get back to his homeland. Ozil is a he admirer of the Premier League and suggests he wants to continue playing in England’s top flight for a while yet. “A return to Germany is not an option for me right now. I am really happy at Arsenal and I want this to continue,” the Gunners ace told German newspaper Express. “I played in the Bundesliga and at Real Madrid.
