Arsenal Boss Arsene Wenger Lining Up Massive £85M Summer Spending Spree
Reports are out claiming that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to splash out £85 million on three top liners this summer. The Daily Express reported that Wenger will be given the funds required to sign PSG striker Edinson Cavani, Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin and Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech at the end of the season. With Schneiderlin rated at £30m, Cavani at £35m and Cech at £20m, the Gunners' potential transfer outlay will amount to a staggering £85m. However, Arsenal are reluctant to pay the £20m Chelsea are demanding for Cech, while Manchester United are also said to be interested in Cavani. Tags: Arsenal, featured
