Arsenal and Juventus locked in race to sign star Germany international
Arsenal have set their sights on signing the Germany international star midfielder Julian Draxler, according to the Italian outlet Tuttosport (via the Mirror). Per-the-source, Draxler was targeted by Arsenal over the summer transfer window and manager Arsene Wenger is still keen to sign him at the end of the season. However, the report goes onto state that the Serie A giants Juventus are also interested in signing the 23-year-old. The Mirror says that Arsenal face a battle to convince the Wolfsburg man to make the move to north London over Turin. Juventus came close to signing Draxler over the summer according to the Mirror.
