Manager delivers worrying news about Arsenal star on international duty
Giroud has lost his place in the Arsenal starting XI this season to Alexis Sanchez after a prolonged summer break following Euro 2016. Arsene Wenger granted the striker an extended holiday for his efforts in the summer tournament and he has so far struggled to break back into the team.
