Top La Liga Boss Responds To Arsenal Rumours
Athletic Bilbao boss Ernesto Valverde has responded to speculation he could be a contender to replace Arsene Wenger as Arsenal manager this summer. Reports this week have claimed Arsenal have made contact with Athletic to enquire about Valverde's availability. The 53-year-old has also been tipped as a potential replacement for Luis Enrique at Barcelona after impressing during his time with the Basque side. Wenger's future remains uncertain with talk of a two-year deal being on the table but no decision yet to be confirmed by either the club or the Frenchman.
