Video of Emmanuel Eboue pretending to understand North Korea tactics goes viral
Former Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboue is one of football’s funniest characters - and the most hilarious moment of his career came during the 2010 World Cup. During Ivory Coast’s final group outing against North Korea, the latter’s captain Hong Yong-jo was called over for a brief mid-game team talk with manager Kim Jong-Hun. Ivory Coast were 3-0 up at the time, but that didn’t stop Eboue from following Yong-jo over to the touchline to listen to his coach’s instructions.
