Robert Fernandez plays down Barcelona, Hector Bellerin talk
Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez has denied that his club will pursue Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin in this summer's transfer window. With Dani Alves set to leave Camp Nou next month, Barcelona are expected to be in the market for a new right-sided defender. Bellerin has been strongly linked with a return to the club that he left in 2011, but Fernandez has played down suggestions that the 21-year-old is a summer transfer target for the Catalan giants. "I haven't raised [Bellerin] at this point. He's a player who we know because he grew up here but at this time I'm not raising anything in this regard," Fernandez told Mundo Deportivo.
