Arsenal's Star Man Battling To Be Fit For Bournemouth Clash
Mesut Ozil is battling to be fit for Tuesday's Premier League trip to Bournemouth on Tuesday, according to The Metro. The Germany international was ruled out of Sunday's 2-0 win over Crystal Palace due to illness with Lucas Perez coming into the team in his place. The 28-year-old was barely missed as the Gunners cruised to victory over Sam Allardyce's side thanks to Olivier Giroud's sensational strike before Alex Iwobi's goal wrapped up the three points. While Perez struggled to make much of an impact it was a dominant performance by Arsenal who should perhaps ought to have won by more.
