Ozil Sends Arsenal Fans Fitness Update
Mesut Ozil has assured fans he is close to a return to action after missing Arsenal’s last two games due to illness. The Germany international was absent for the games against Crystal Palace and Bournemouth over the festive period with the Gunners picking up four points from the two games. Arsene Wenger all but ruled Ozil out of Saturday’s FA Cup clash with Preston after revealing the star had been bed-ridden for the last two weeks.
